Construction points of fluorocarbon-coated aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate for curtain wall engineering

Fluorocarbon coated aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate is suitable for the production, installation, construction and acceptance of metal curtain wall projects with a building height of not more than 150m.

Preparation of raw materials before construction, various materials and accessories used in the fluorocarbon-coated aluminum-magnesium-manganese panel curtain wall project should meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current national product standards and process technical specifications, and should have a factory certificate, performance Test report and re-inspection report.

Fluorocarbon-coated aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates should be anodized or other effective surface treatments should be carried out on the surface. The thickness and material of the surface treatment layer should comply with the relevant provisions of the current industry standards. The surface of the plate should be treated with fluorocarbon resin, and the content of fluorocarbon resin should not be less than 75%; Three to four layers of fluorocarbon resin coatings can be used in seaside and areas with severe acid rain, and their thickness should be greater than 40 μm; Two fluorocarbon resin coatings can be used in other areas, and their thickness should be greater than 25 μm.

In addition to stainless steel, metal materials and spare parts should be hot-dip galvanized or other effective anti-corrosion measures. Neutral organosilicone weathering sealants should be used for fluorocarbon-coated aluminum-magnesium-manganese panel curtain walls, and other neutral adhesives should be used for structural silicone silicone sealants. All sealants used must have a compatibility test report with the materials in contact.

According to the height of the wind load of the curtain wall and the size of the glass, low-foaming interval double-sided tape can be selected. When the wind load of the curtain wall is greater than 1.8N/m2, medium-hardness polyurethane carboxylate ethanol low-foaming interval double-sided tape should be selected; when the curtain wall When the wind load is less than or equal to 1.8N/m2, polyethylene low-foaming interval double-sided tape should be used.

The curtain wall can be filled with polyethylene foamed material, and its density should not be less than 0.037g/cm2. The curtain wall should be made of non-flammable or refractory materials such as rock wool, mineral wool, glass wool, fireproof board, etc. as thermal insulation materials, and composite materials packaged with aluminum foil or plastic film should be used as waterproof and moisture-proof materials.
